Angry birds 2-tier cake

Kristin ordered a 2-tier Angry Birds themed cake for her nephew's 3rd birthday. We're so excited with the theme because... we love to play angry birds just like the birthday boy! Hahaha :D 


1st tier: Lapis surabaya with rhum & strarberry jam filling
2nd tier: Mud cake with chocolate ganache filling 

Kristin told me that Gavin loved the cake and up until now, Gavin only gives the 1st tier cake to be cut and eaten.. where he moves all the toppers to the top tier. Even though Kristin is very curious to try the top tier's mud cake, but Gavin didn't let her cut even 1 slice because he still wants to look at all the toppers that he manage to re-arrange by himself on the cake.. :)

Ben 10 cake for Karel's birthday

Caeli from Atlanta, USA, placed 2 cake orders for her nephews' birthday last week. 
The first one is a Ben 10 themed cake for Karel's 8th birthday. The cake inspiration comes from Ben 10's watch and the characters that we manage to put on the cake are Ben, Cannonbolt, Wildvine, Four Arms, and Wildmutt.

Happy Birthday, Love

When Aida called to place an order for her husband's birthday, we're amazed at how detail she wanted the cupcake set to be. 
She asked for specific colors, specific items for the cupcake topper, and also a specific pattern for the cupcake base. 
We are amazed because we know that people put these kind of detail thoughts only for the people they really love and care about :)

Winnie the Pooh's pool party cake

This time, the theme for our cake is Winnie the Pooh pool party as Chloe's 2nd birthday party was held at a poolside. So the theme was chosen to match the whole concept. So, we decided to go with the idea of Pooh & friends in a rubber pool. The bright & cheerful color used is meant to bring out the summer fun in the cake..

P.S: We also put a water slider to complete Pooh's swimming session with his friends ;)
